Return & Exchange Policy
At SWS-Flavour, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right. This may include a refund or exchange, depending on the situation. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bottles of wine or spirits, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
